Wafer Warpage Inspection

Hipurity Open-Path AMC analyzer overview

▪ It is a Open-Path type CEAS analyzer using IR laser Measuring the NH3/HF/HCl concentration in the air using the natural air flow in the Clean room without additional pump ▪ It can be mounted or detached inside the FOUP, and the analyzer is designed lightweight with a weight of about 3.5 kg, improve mobility, and mount it on the OHT in the semiconductor FAB to enable movement measurement in the FAB. ▪ Calibration free, Low Detection limit for precise measurement of AMC (< 1ppb).
